Direct mp4 file download or play: Bicycle Horn Under Water 2011
Here I am back again! For the last few months I’ve been quite lazy and uninspired, but I’ve been on my YouTube (a54dumb) page periodically. This video is similar to “Bicycle Horn Under Water ’09” except that I had no help and I placed a microphone directly in the water. I covered the microphone with plastic wrap before submerging it into the glass bowl filled with water. The plastic wrap was sealed using a rubber band, and I used tweezers to hold the microphone in place. Hopefully this will provide for a few chuckles and inspire me to be here more often.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI loved it! That was very dumb and stupid! Glad you’re back, Weatherman. What about the T-horn?
Mr. Wills,
seeing as the Willsaphone Stupid Show was such a popular Negativland release, have you considered a release of more family tapes in some sort of packaged media? I’m thinking a release similar to the new Firesign Theatre Duke of Madness Motors release, with a data dvd of mp3 audio (just the raw audio from your family tapes) and a book/photo album of some sort.
No doubt this would skyrocket you into mega-stardom and the ensuing windfall of cash could buy you a lot of cleaning products…I’m just saying…
Anyway, I know I’d buy a copy.
Once again, I will emphasize with the utmost urgency, the grave importance of properly disposing of hornwater. The last outbreak of Dispeptic Hornwater Inphlegmation resulted in the closure of the Caldecott Tunnel and a Close Encounters Of The Third Kind- like quarantine of the entire Orinda Village Square.
We all know The Weatherman is a trained professional, and the Leading expert on horn submersion in the Western Hemisphere. Let us not throw caution to the wind: Boil all hornwater for at least 12 minutes, and rinse with pure Clorox Bleach.
Thank You! I will remind you that I am lazy and somewhat uninspired, but let us see what happens.
