His hair and beard look very well groomed, yes (hadn’t noticed the nose hairs). The beard grows in lovely patterns, like clouds…

Since he moved to Seattle, it’s been very rare that he actually trims his beard. But with a well trimmed beard and a nice haircut, he’s actually not a bad looking guy.
He really seems to prefer his current “Bozette” look, though.
BTW, I wouldn’t say that he is especially angry here, either. I’ve seen him angry, and this is not angry.
Have you ever put your beard up in curlers?
I have burned my hair with a soldering iron by mistake and it smells very bad.
