Mark, I just added three pictures today. This is an audio amplifier and I still use it. For stereo you would need two amplifiers. These came out in the late 1950’s and were considered to be quite high end and somewhat less expensive. I modified the circuit slightly by adding an extra capacitor in the power supply. You can see the extra capacitor (orange cylinder) in one of the pictures.
i have one still in the the box dont know were the one transformers are but i would like to sell it i seen what some are going for or just the screen was going for it
I realize the extra capacitor in the power supply would probably be better if it was installed after the choke coil, rather than right at the cathode of the 5AR4 rectifier tube.
